The Boutique Hotel is a contemporary re-interpretation of vernacular architecture of Udaipur city. It is surrounded by scenic Aaravali Mountain Ranges and is strategically located near a perennial Fatehsagar Lake.

The design is an ensemble of two fundamental elements; an interactive facade and a multi-sensory green plaza. The ‘L’ configuration of the building with 40 keys accommodation and facilities, opens to a thickly landscape plaza, intertwined with the series of 'A' frame barrel vaults.

Such vaults respond to local tropical climate by establishing an enhanced self-shading device and help redefine multi-arched indo-aryan architecture style.
